Terms of Service

By accessing or using Stratrevo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email.

Stratrevo is an automated crypto trading software platform. It enables you to configure, run, and monitor trading bots that execute orders on cryptocurrency exchanges through API keys you provide.

Stratrevo is software, not a financial intermediary. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial institution, or money services business. We do not hold, custody, manage, or transmit your funds or digital assets at any time. All trades execute through your own exchange accounts via API keys. The legal relationship for any trade is between you and your exchange.

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. Stratrevo provides tools — how you use them is your decision and your responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on automated trading or cryptocurrency activity.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@stratrevo.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.

By connecting an exchange to Stratrevo, you authorize the Service to use your provided API keys to execute the trading actions defined by your configured bots. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your exchange API keys have only the permissions required (trading and balance reading; disable withdrawals)
• Complying with your exchange's terms of service regarding automated trading
• Revoking API keys immediately if you believe they have been compromised
• Any trades placed through your API keys, whether or not they perform as expected

API keys are encrypted client-side before transmission and stored encrypted. However, our servers do decrypt them at the time of bot execution in order to place orders on your behalf. You accept this as a necessary part of the Service.

Paid plans (Pro, Advanced) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not issue prorated refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

Plan limits (bot count, exchange connections, backtest data range) are enforced per the current plan as described on the Pricing page. Downgrading your plan may result in bots or exchange connections being deactivated if you exceed the lower plan's limits.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. The value of digital assets is highly volatile, and you may lose some or all of the funds you deploy through the Service. You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

Past performance of any bot strategy, backtest result, or configuration is not indicative of future results. Backtests are simulations based on historical data and do not account for slippage, liquidity constraints, fee changes, exchange downtime, or other real-world conditions that may affect actual trading outcomes.

Paper trading results are simulations using real-time prices and do not reflect actual order execution, slippage, or liquidity conditions.

You acknowledge that automated trading bots can act quickly and without human intervention, and that errors in your configuration may result in unintended trades.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or conduct any fraudulent trading activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the Service
• Place excessive automated load on the Service beyond normal use

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that bots will execute trades at the prices or times intended. Exchange APIs, network conditions, and third-party dependencies may cause delays, failures, or missed trades for which we are not liable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRATREVO, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO STRATREVO IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratrevo and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your trading activity, or your violation of any third party's rights.

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your bots will stop executing and your data will be deleted per the retention policy described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stratrevo regarding the Service.
